I wasn’t tagged, just saw this on Blair’s blog Feed The Crime and decided to do it since it’s been a while since I did a tag post. Feel free to join and leave a link to your post in the comments so I can check yours out!
How many books do you usually read at once?
It varies, but usually somewhere between 2 – 3 books: 1 audio, 1 physical, and sometimes 1 e-book as well.
How do you decide when to switch between multiple reads?
Depends on where I’m at. If I’m at home I usually prefer the physical book, but lately I’ve been preferring the audio since I hurt my wrist and it gets painful for me to put a lot of weight on it for an extended period of time.
Do you ever switch bookmarks partway through a book?
Not usually. I’ve probably only done this once or twice but only because I was too comfy to grab my bookmark, so instead I’ll temporarily stick my phone in it or just lay it face down on my bed.
Where do you keep the book(s) you’re currently reading?
Somewhere near my bed if I’m at home (that’s where I usually read) or if I’m out and I know I’ll have time to read, inside a book sleeve.
What time of day do you read the most?
If I’m not working, around the afternoon until evening, or late evening. When I’m working, I usually spread it out throughout the day until I can get home and read in the comfort of my bed.
How long do you typically read in one session?
I try to read as much as I can while I’m at work, but that usually results in only a few pages – a chapter at best if no one disturbs me. When I’m at home I can probably go for a few chapters in one sitting.
Do you read hardbacks with the dust jacket off?
Yes. I hate it when my dust jackets get wrinkled or bent and I’m always worried that my hands will ruin them while I’m reading.
What position do you mainly use to read?
Do you take your current read with you everywhere you go?
How often do you update your Goodreads reading progress?
Whenever I remember.
What book(s) are you currently reading?
“Patron Saints of Nothing” by Randy Ribay (ARC)
“Siege and Sacrifice” by Charlie N. Holmberg (e-ARC)
“The Kiss Quotient” by Helen Hoang (audiobook)
